Call your Senator in his/her district office

Call your Senator with this message:

"Timothy's Law must be enacted NOW. As a registered voter in your district,
I am deeply concerned that New Yorkers are still without necessary mental
health and substance abuse treatment. I respectfully request that you do
whatever it takes to make Timothy's Law (S.6735-a) a reality in 2006." 

On March 8th the New York State Assembly voted overwhelmingly to pass
Timothy's Law (A.2912-a Tonko). Senate bill (S.6735-a Duane) has not been
brought to the floor for a vote. The Senate and Assembly must work together
to enact a strong Timothy's Law before the end of the New York State
legislative session in June.
