[NYAPRS Enews] Daniel's Law Week of Action Continues with State Vigils on the Anniversary of Daniel Prude's Killing

NYAPRS Note: We are still fighting for the passage of Daniel's Law to establish non-police crisis response teams so that no one else has the same experience as Daniel's Prude, who was killed by police after experiencing a behavioral health crisis three years ago today. Daniel's Law advocates continue our week of action with vigils across the state tonight from 6:00pm - 8:00pm and a day of community outreach and phone banking tomorrow. Today marks the 3 year anniversary of Daniel Prude's killing by the Rochester police Department while he was experiencing a mental health crisis. In his memory we'll be holding vigils across the state from 6-8pm.  Here are the locations:
