NYAPRS Note: There are eight days left until the 12th Annual Rehabilitation and Recovery Academy! Entitled "Moving Forward Together: Healing the Trauma, Advancing New Innovations, the program is sponsored by the NYS Office of Mental Health and presented in coordination with our partners from the Coalition for Behavioral Health and the Center for Practice Innovations.
This year's program features a powerful keynote from Samantha Clarke, Global Changemaker, Ted X Speaker and author. Opening plenaries on day 2 and 3 feature presentations from the NYS Office of Mental Health on systems transformations that support recovery including a town hall, and a panel on supporting the workforce to combat burnout.
