Supervisory Coaching in the Wake of COVID-19



The purpose of this training is to enhance skills and knowledge in reflective and supportive supervision. Participants will have ample opportunity to examine their supervisory styles and develop approaches to respond effectively to the professional needs of their supervisees in the context COVID-19. Additionally, an array of strategies will be explored in order to build upon an individual's supervisory practice.
