NYAPRS Note: NYAPRS has received notice  of cancellation for The Call For Change: Mental Health Advocates and New York City Council Members Rally for tomorrow, Thursday, April 19.  Mayor of NYC,  Bill de Blasio
will announce within one week that he is reviving the Taskforce on Behavioral Health and Criminal Justice. Thanks to Carla Rabinowitz, NYC advocate and everyone for your hard work and participation in this cause.
