NYAPRS Note: By all accounts, last week’s NYAPRS Annual Executive Seminar “Beyond Survival to Success” was a smash success, bringing together over 250 community providers, health plans, health homes, performing providers systems and state agencies to take a deeper dive into the issues that confront New York’s efforts to implement an integrated, managed system of care that promotes total population health, the social determinants of health, peer support and, for example, advances in criminal justice diversion and re-entry.
