[NYAPRS Enews] HCBS Rate Schedule Released by NYS

NYAPRS Note: The state has released draft rates for the Home and Community Based Services list that will be contracted through Health and Recovery Plans (HARPs). Please see the attached rate schedule based on service type.

At this point, HARPS plans have still not been authorized to contract with providers to design their networks of providers. These rates should help providers understand how to build staffing and service patterns in anticipation of contracting. These rates are for NYC, and upstate rates will likely be developed otherwise. These rates are also pending CMS and NYS DOB approval.
