Date: Tuesday, September 11, 2012, 2-3:30 pm

National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare

Learn how whole health peer specialists have been able to promote
engagement and foster resiliency among elderly populations with mental
health conditions. These populations are at greater risk for isolation,
poor engagement with health systems, and compromised resiliency.
Presenters use an interactive case study approach to demonstrate how
Optum's Whole Health Peer Support program was able to engage this
population and achieve improved health outcomes.
