Seeking Your Input for Recovery to Practice (RTP) Peer Service Provider
Curriculum

The Recovery to Practice (RTP) initiative is a 5-year program funded by
SAMHSA to advance a recovery-oriented approach to mental health care by
developing, promoting, and disseminating training curricula on how to
translate recovery into practice; and by providing a Recovery to
Practice Recovery Resource Center for mental health professionals
engaged in this work.

The National Association of Peer Specialists (NAPS) in partnership with
the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) were awarded a
contract to develop training and are now gathering input toward a
Recovery Curriculum specifically for Peer Specialists.

Your input is important to the success of this project! All input
received by Sept 25th, 2011, will be consolidated into a single document
for review and consideration by the project leads so please take a few
minutes to read the introduction to the Recovery to Practice initiative
and the proposed outline for the curriculum (click the link below or go
directly to the information on the National Association of Peer
Specialists web site) and offer your thoughts and ideas.
