Ø  Mathew Roosa, ACSW, LCSW-R.  Mr. Roosa is the Director of Planning and Quality Improvement for the Onondaga County Department of Mental Health and the former Clinical Director of Central New York Services, a non-profit agency providing residential, forensic, and treatment services, and specializing in services for people with co-occurring chemical dependency and mental illness. Formerly Mr. Roosa was the Clinical Director of Family Services Associates, providing outpatient family therapy and chemical dependency services. Mr. Roosa's experiences also include the maintenance of a private psychotherapy practice, and teaching as an adjunct faculty member of the Human Services Department at Cazenovia College and the Syracuse University Social Work Program. He also works as a consultant and trainer in the areas of organizational development and quality improvement, and is a NIATX trainer and coach.  

Ø  Valerie Way, LCSW-R. Ms. Way works for New York Care Coordination Project (NYCCP) and is responsible for education and training initiates that promote person-centered practices and recovery oriented systems of care. Ms. Way has over 20 years of clinical, supervisory and administrative experience in a wide range of behavioral health settings including inpatient and emergency departments, OMH and OASAS licensed out-patient treatment, peer services and case management/care coordination. Ms. Way has experience leading organization change initiatives related to integration of mental health and substance use as well as implementation of person-centered treatment planning. Ms. Way is a NYCCP Trainer of Foundations of Person-Centeredness, an OASAS approved trainer, and has co-developed and implemented physical and behavioral health integration curriculum for care coordinators. 

Ø  Onondaga Case Management Services, Inc. Onondaga Case Management Services, Inc. offers programs designed to help individuals and families, who have encountered certain obstacles, develop the resources and supports to live a satisfying, naturally interdependent life. Programs offered include case management services for adults and children, peer mentoring, and vocational services.
