NYC DOHMH Mental Health Planning Forum

 

We invite you to a mental health planning forum organized by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

 

Help us determine systematic goals and priorities to improve the City’s mental health service system.

 

Come and share suggestions, tell us about unmet needs and highlight priorities for 2012. 

 

We look forward to hearing from mental health peers, families, service providers and other stakeholders from the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island.

 

Note: This forum will be focused on the adult system but all comments are welcome.

Date:  Wednesday May 11, 2011

 

Time:  3:00- 6:00 pm

 

Location:  DOHMH, 125 Worth Street, 2nd Floor Auditorium (ID required to enter)

 

Meeting format:  Public testimonies (three minutes per individual or organization). You may also provide us with a copy of your testimony at the meeting.  

 

If you would like to submit a testimony by email, please do so by 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 11th to ypinnadu at health.nyc.gov <mailto:ypinnadu at health.nyc.gov> 

 

Please reserve your seat by calling the DOHMH Call Center at (347)-396-7960 by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 6th. Seating is limited.
