Yoga Center's finest programs, along with timely presentations by OMH's
Dr. Lloyd Sederer, breaking news on peer wellness initiatives out of New
York City and NYAPRS and more. 

 

10th Annual Orange County Healing, Wellness and Recovery Conference

Thursday, June 3, 2010 * 7:30 am - 4:00 pm * Anthony's Pier 9, New
Windsor, NY

 

Sponsored by Independent Living, Inc., The Orange County Wellness Task
Force, The NY State Office of Mental Health 

and the Orange County Department of Mental Health.

 

Embracing the spirit of true partnership, the Orange County Healing,
Wellness & Recovery Conference brings together all stakeholders in the
mental health system in a cooperative forum that fosters mutual respect
and stimulates the discovery of creative solutions to common challenges.
This year's conference focuses on Stepping Stones to Wellness,  and
includes a consumer feedback forum; workshops related to co-occurring
addictions, medications, health monitoring indicators, self-care
strategies, peer wellness coaching and yoga dance; a panel discussion,
and trade show vendor booths representing a variety of roads to
wellness.
