NYAPRS Note: Timothy's Law, New York State's mental health parity
statute, has delivered greater access to mental health treatment for
millions of New Yorkers; however this law is currently set to expire at
the end of 2009. 

Without prompt action to make this law permanent, New Yorkers will have
reduced access to mental health care! 

Call your legislators and urge them to support a permanent Timothy's Law
